Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID. If your test is employer-required, bring any authorization form, chain-of-custody paperwork or order number your employer provided.
DOT testing follows federal 49 CFR Part 40 rules and is required for safety-sensitive employees like CDL drivers. Non-DOT testing is set by your employer’s own policy and offers more flexibility in panels and procedures.
Many screening results are available the same day. Tests that require laboratory confirmation and Medical Review Officer (MRO) review typically take 1–3 business days.
